MT4 doesn't remember profile when re-launching

This is the first time I've experienced this problem. MT4 does not remember my profile when I open the program. I have "keep personal settings" checked.

I've tried renaming my profile but that did not work.

(PS Running on Windows Server 2003)

Any suggestions?
