Accessing Symbol List in MQL4

Is there any way to access the current, available list of Symbols in MQL4? Symbol sets aren't an option; I need the current list from the server.
If not, could this feature be added so we can access the list of symbols as an array in our code? It seems like a basic feature.

Click on "View - Market Watch" Right Click in the Market Watch window - select "Show All"
