Help Creating Specific Trade Alert!

Hi, I have yet to figure out how exactly to do this or if it's even possible with mt4. I want to create an alert that when certain criteria happens I can then personally analyze my trade; I'm not talking about an EA that will make the trade for me, I don't trust a computer with my money, which is why I just want to use this alert as a tool to help me make my own educated decisions.

What I'm looking for with this is 3 simple things:

A. Simple 18 day MA of today > simple 18 day MA of yesterday

B. Close of today > simple 9 day MA of today *(times) 0.99

C. High of today < simple 9 day MA of today *(times) 1.005
