Alert Editor, Sound Pulldown Option, Missing Selections

In the alert editor window I have 5 pull down options: Symbol, Condition, Sound, Timeout, max iterations. All the pull downs give me options to select. However, the "Sound" pulldown is blank. There are no options in the pulldown. Could you advise if I am missing a setting that blocks the options from appearing.

I figured it out. I must have deleted the sound files somewhere along the line. I reinstalled the software and now have them back.
