unable to save detailed reports

HI ALL,

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY MT4 PLATFORM: I`M NOT ABLE TO SAVE A DETAILED REPORT, AND I CAN`T UNDERSTAND WHY. WHEN I LOOKED IN THE JOURNAL, THEY TOLD ME THAT SAVING THE FILE HAS FAILED. BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHANGED , BUT I DIDN`T MODIFY THE ACCOUNT, I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR 3 MONTHS. DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR MY PROBLEM?

Try changing the target directory for saving the report. If that works, then check to see if the original target directory already has a detailed report .htm file that is set to read only.
 
I think the report template doesn't exist in folder C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 4\templates.
