On the website of the Automated Trading Championship 2007, the article Reporting the Championship: First Week (1 – 7 October) has been published (https://championship.mql5.com/2012/en/2007). The article summarizes the results of the fisrt week of the Championship. The Top Ten Expert Advisors alternated all the time during the week. The Top Three Expert Advisors managed to almost double their deposits. We'll see whether they can make further successful trades.

A bit of a farce really - they widen the spread on EURGBP stopping a 'certain EA' dead in it's tracks, let the other EA's (hopefully) get ahead, decrease the spread again and let it advance another bit - and round and round it goes...

At least that is my reading of the situation. They seem to have decided that they cannot disqualify him for scalping anyway, which in itself is interesting...
