metatrader5 64bit can not start /portable state

Metatrader5 64 bit does not start with /portable option.

 Is there any other way to start it in this mode?

I have 4 MetaTrader 5 terminals 64 bit and all of them work in protable mode.
 

And I have just one that does not work..

Is there any log file I can show?

I had to run it with as administrator in order to run in this mode. If not run as administrator, it won't notify anything and just wouldn't start.
