MT5 build 6302 opens British Pound instead of the saved profile from an Explorer shortcut
Environment: Windows 11 x64 build 26200, MetaTrader 5 x64 build 6302. Reproduced on the same PC in two MT5 installations, Alfa-Forex and FxPro, each with a separate data folder.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a saved custom profile containing multiple charts and graphical objects.
2. Close the terminal normally.
3. Reopen it from Windows Explorer using a shortcut to that installation's terminal64.exe with /profile:"Saved profile name".
4. Check the active profile in the status bar and the open charts.
Actual: Both installations load the built-in British Pound profile and its GBPUSD charts. The running processes receive the expected /profile argument. The saved chart files are still present under MQL5\Profiles\Charts in the respective data folders. On one observed Explorer launch, the custom profiles were also missing from the profile menu.
Expected: The requested profile loads with its saved charts and objects.
Comparison: Launching the same executables directly from PowerShell using Start-Process with the same /profile argument loaded the saved profiles. Relaunching via Explorer reproduced the issue. The underlying cause has not been established. Is this a known issue, or is there a diagnostic trace that would help narrow it down?
