Hello MQL5 Support,
I cannot log in to MQL5.community from any of my three MetaTrader 5 installations on my IONOS VPS.
System: Windows Server 2025
MetaTrader 5: Build 6300
Errors:
MQL5.community: authorization failed
MQL5 Market: failed to get list of user products [401]
Virtual Hosting: failed to get list of virtual hosts [401]
The same MQL5 account works on my local PC and in a browser on the VPS. Broker connections work normally.
I have checked HTTPS connectivity, TLS, proxy settings, firewall settings, Windows updates and restarted the VPS.
Could you please check whether my VPS IP address is restricted by MQL5 services or whether there is another authentication issue?
