That message is automatic, nobody read your papers, so dont take it personal. I got the same the first time years ago.
What usualy makes the robot say no: account too new (mine was like 2 weeks old), profile half empty, no real photo, phone not confirmed, or you logged in from diferent IPs or a VPN the days before. The system looks at all that together.
What worked for me: fill everything in the profile, real name same as the passport, photo of you not a logo, confirm the phone, use the site normaly for a few weeks from the same connection (post in the forum, download some free codes, buy or test a demo) and then apply again. Dont open a second account, that one gets you banned for sure.
If after a month it still fails, write to Service Desk with your passport again and ask them to check it manually, they do answer, just slow.

We do not provide specific reasons for the rejection. Thank you for understanding.
