Hello MQL5 moderators,
I have an existing Service Desk ticket about a financial operations restriction on my account. Whenever I try to add a comment to the ticket, the page displays “Error saving data.”
I have tried refreshing the page and using the MQL5 Helper, but the problem persists.
Could a moderator please advise how I can report this technical issue and get my existing ticket updated?
I can provide the ticket number and account details privately to MQL5 Support if needed.
