Hello everyone, I am a developer from India working in Freelance and the Market. I am trying to make my first withdrawal and every card attempt fails the same way, so I am hoping someone in India has solved this. What happened: - 14 Oct: 42 USD to a Visa credit card (order A_261014_1013) - "Declined by issuing bank" - 16 Oct: 42 USD to a second Visa card (order A_261016_1007) - same decline - 16 Oct: 42 USD to an HDFC Mastercard debit card (order A_261016_1022) - same decline What I have already checked: - International online transactions are enabled on the cards - The decline is instant, and I see no trace of the credit on my bank statements or SMS - HDFC replied twice with their SWIFT / MT103 inward remittance checklist, which does not apply to a card credit - MQL5 Service Desk said there are no limitations and to try another card - My cards show "AMUL R" and my profile shows my full name, so I asked Support whether this could trigger a name check My questions: 1. Has any Indian seller received a withdrawal to an Indian card recently? Which bank and card type worked (Visa debit, Mastercard debit, or something else)? 2. Is "Declined by issuing bank" sometimes the payment processor's or MQL5's own check, not the bank's? 3. For those who use Bank transfer to India, how long did it take, and did your bank charge anything on top of the 50 USD fee? Any experience from Indian members would really help. Thank you.
