Why is my top-up blocked and unavailable I would like to purchase something

I do not see the option to add my card and top up my cash to purchase something someone help I would like to purchase a product

We are the forum users, and we have nothing to do with any balance and any bank card.

My experience: if you want to buy something here so it is recommended to deposit some fund to your MQL5 forum account/profile and pay directly from MQL5 accout/profile.
