What is this all about ?
No OnInit() can not be run twice in the ST. If you had that behaviour it should be reported as a bug.
If you just want to do it, then it's a bad idea.

For MT5/MetaTester build 6230, using a local agent, nonvisual testing and no optimization, with fixed EA, symbol, timeframe and inputs:
Can the platform invoke OnInit again after successful initialization within the same test attempt, without starting a new pass or relaunch?
If yes:
What supported mechanism can cause this?
If the second OnInit returns INIT_FAILED before any EA Print or file output, which platform-generated journal records identify that second initialization and failure?
If no, is there an applicable documented lifecycle rule confirming this?
ChartSetSymbolPeriod is excluded because the tester-specific documentation says it cannot change the current chart’s symbol or period.
This is a lifecycle clarification request; we have not demonstrated a native counterexample.
