@Lorenzo Abatiello, Metaquotes' rules generally don't allow "unearned funds" to be withdrawn, but I have heard that the Service Desk can make a one-time exception.
Go to https://www.mql5.com/en/users/lorenzoabatiello/servicedesk, follow the prompts to mql5.com account and/or financial transaction, and open a Support Ticket.

Good morning,
I accidentally made a €10 deposit into my MQL5 account, mistakenly believing that MQL5 was a broker and that the deposit was required to start trading on a live account.
I have not used these funds to purchase any products or services, and I would like to request a refund of the deposited amount to my original payment method, if possible.
I apologize for the mistake and kindly ask you to check whether a refund can be processed.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,
