MQL5 block my static IP

I'm having a connection problem and hope someone can help or advise how to get it resolved.

Problem:
I can no longer access mql5.com, and my MetaTrader 5 terminals cannot connect to my broker's demo servers. This happens from my static IP network.

What I've checked:When I connect through a VPN or mobile signal, everything works normally (mql5.com loads and the demo servers connect).

I was running different MT5 terminals and multiple EAs at the same time for testing, all from the same IP.

I suspect this may have triggered an automatic rate limit or abuse-protection block.

1.Has anyone experienced a similar IP block after running many terminals or EAs from one IP?

2.Is there a way to request an unblock from MQL5 or from the broker? Which support channel is the best?

3.Are there recommended practices to avoid this in the future, such as limits on concurrent terminals per IP?
