Why password reset email never arrives. is the phpmailer broken of the website or the administrator wants to save money and cut the necessary emailing features. like password reset

Check that you've got the correct email on file and look in your email's spam folder.

Also try later in case something doesn't work as it should currently, from MQL5.com's side.
