Hi, I registered personally on MT5 market, then I registered my company; But I have not been seeing it under my profile - so, I enquired; then support said I should send a link for them to check my company listing on CIPC. But the challenge is that you need to be a member/customer on CIPC to be able to access any information therein.
Is there an alternatively to send MT5 Admin screenshots of my account inside CIPC – or a way to upload.
Is there a way around this?
Not around, but through.
The guide for third-party verifications of Full Disclosure of CIPC registration is at: https://www.cipc.co.za/wp-content/uploads/Step_by_step_Guide/Electronic-Disclosure.pdf So yes, Metaquotes would have to register as a customer and follow the process therein for financial institutions. Note that there is an R30 fee.
Way back when I registered my company as a Seller, I faced a similar situation in the States. I can't guarantee that Metaquotes will accept it, but I sent a State Certified Copy of my Business Registration Certificate (that I purchased), my Articles of Organization, and a slightly redacted copy of my company's IRS Tax ID Assignment to Metaquotes─along with a link to my State's third-party verification (for a fee) website, and an offer to reimburse Metaquotes for that fee. I have no way to know exactly what Metaquotes actually did, but my company's application was approved and nothing was deducted from my mql5.com balance.
(I later permanently terminated that Seller account).
