Seller Verification – Identity Already Registered on Deleted Account

Hello MQL5 Support,

I am trying to register as a Seller using my current MQL5 account:

Username: RamaharsaTechnologies

During the Seller registration/identity verification process, I received a message stating that my identity data has already been registered on another MQL5 account.

The previous MQL5 account that contained my identity data has already been deleted.

I am the owner of both accounts and I would like to continue using my current account, RamaharsaTechnologies, as my active MQL5 account.

Please check the deleted account and advise whether the previous identity verification can be released or transferred to my current account so that I can complete Seller registration.

I am willing to provide any additional verification required.

If you previously deleted your Seller account, obtaining Seller status again may be somewhat more difficult. Please contact MQL5 Service Desk.

NOTE: Seller status is a privilege, not a given.

In the past there has been several threads regarding this same issue, and all of them received response -- that once you delete your sellers account, you can not use your id documents again, therefore you can not create a new seller account.
