Free chart movement in MT5 for PC

A while ago Metaquotes added this feature in mobile MT5. The ability to move around the chart. We also need it for PC version.

As a trader who trades price action, I believe this feature would be a game changer not just to me but to every trader who uses tradingview for charting.

Personally I haven't been using tradingview for some months because I already built a simple charting indicator. The only thing remaining now for MT5 to fully be like tradingview is free chart movement and mouse wheel scroll for zoom in and zoom out.
