as per the heading:
1. add a new column to both Trades and History tab that shows the Times in local time, ie make it so that i can right click on the Trades or History tabs, and will have options for "Opening Time (Local Time)" and "Closing Time (Local Time)"
2. on the Trades tab, have ability so that the bottom line does NOT move, ie when many open trades will cause it to move off screen -- make it so that it does not move. maybe have option in settings?
