It could be possible that they do checks before they payout. You can see the lock reason when trying to make a withdrawal. I had this also in the past.

I always thought those checks do not last more than 7 days. It becomes more strange because other even newer payouts are already good to go, i can withdraw them.

Ok strange, maybe you need to send support a message but they do not answer quickly is my experience.

May you please provide me with their Support link? The one i found was AI supported and it was not able to help me.

  try the ticket system, rather than the AI-supported widget. The regular support tickets seem to get picked up by an actual person eventually, even if it's slow. The AI chat routes most payment questions back to "contact support".
