What is the Maximum number of times I can post on my Profile/Wall per day, I am a registered Seller and I have 8 products, I posted 3 or 4 that day on my profile and I was blocked for a month for Spam. If I do not post I am penalised again as a Seller for inactivity

The problem could be the way that you're going about advertising in your Profile. Most Seller-users, including some Moderators, post all of their commercial links/ads in the About Me section via Profile==>Settings. In this way, the post is an organized menu of products and can be edited at any time─unlike Wall comments.
Frequent Wall comment ads might run the risk of indirect spam if your Friends and/or Channel Subscribers are notified every time you post a Wall comment.
I don't believe that Metaquotes will share the ban threshold. Otherwise, someone could game it.
