Bad Driver's license photo

My driver's license photo is bad so it wouldn't work to verify my identity as a seller. Now I get this message :
"Your application has been rejected

Sorry, your application has not passed automated checks and has been rejected. You have correctly filled the required data, but the Verified User status could not be granted to you for security and service transparency reasons.

Please do not create a new account for a repeated application. All checks are performed automatically.

We do not provide specific reasons for the rejection. Thank you for understanding."


I will be renewing my DL before my September birthday and make sure they take a good pic this time. How do I reset the application process?

You must contact Service Desk , as this type of support is strictly not handled through the forum.

Follow the prompts in the chatbot in the correct order. The system will eventually allow you to submit a ticket to speak with a support agent.

you can go to profile, service desk, new request, seller registration and then follow the chatbot. the service desk agent can help you
