Follow the prompts in the chatbot in the correct order. The system will eventually allow you to submit a ticket to speak with a support agent.

when you contact service desk, they will NOT give you a reason for the rejection, however you can ask them to reset your application so you may reapply. They will probably keep the ticket open while you are doing the new application and when you are done and submitted, they, may, if you are lucky, they might give advice on how to fix it for the 3rd time. But do not expect them to, as it is a clear statement in your seller agreement that they may reject your application for whatever reason and without any reason given.
