This is a broker trade execution issue, check the times of your trades and you will understand that the fast trades were executed during the day, while the slow ones are around rollover times.
If you check the Terminal Journal of your MQL5 VPS, you can check the ping/latency to your broker's server.

This is almost normal with any broker, it is not strange to have larger execution times around rollover time.
Please don't forget that 1154.553ms is 1 second, the other 2 large numbers are exceptions, due to the rollover time (00:01).
