Click up top right here on this page:

Then click on the mq4 file in the CodeBase to download it:

Then copy & paste the file to your MT4==>File==>Open Data Folder==>MQL5==>Indicators [folder]. Either compile the mq4 in MetaEditor, or just restart MT4.
