My account is temporary banned
In your profile page you can see the reason for your ban.
I'm not a Moderator nor an Administrator, but promotion of Market products is not allowed in the Forum. The fact that your Forum Avatar is one of your Market product logos strikes me as a violation.
I just changed that profile picture few hours ago but the temporary banned of account have been couple of days now.
The screenshot that you posted in your OP appears to show a Messaging ban. This usually occurs due to excessive Messaging within a short time period, and then Messaging is reenabled after a few days
In any case, promoting your Market product in your Forum Avatar can't be good.

My account is temporary banned and I can even send message to anyone and or in the group I have created and also I can't even contact the people of MQL5.
If your MQL5 account/profile is banned so you can not write here on the forum. But if you opened this thread with not a problem so your account is not banned.
It may be temporary ban for the messaging system which some users are getting from time to time (from anti-spam robot).
