Account locked — "Authentication denied" + password reset email shows invalid

Hi, I'm having an issue with my account (username: Radojko) and would appreciate any help or mod attention.

When I try to log in I get "Authentication denied" — this is distinct from a wrong password, which gives "Incorrect login or password". The password I'm using was issued by MQL5's own password reset system.

When I try to reset my password again, the system says my email is invalid, meaning it has been disassociated from the account.

As a result, I can no longer access my paid trading bots in the MT5 app, which I purchased through this account — this is directly impacting my trading activity.

I have not violated any terms of service to my knowledge. Could a moderator or support staff please check the status of this account and advise on how to restore access? Thank you.

Did the same, with the same results. I have a email about successfull registration mentioning my username Radojko. Added the screenshot
