USTEC has TRADE mode as Disabled - how do i get it enabled

I am new to VPS.  I am testing code against the USTECH Index. It will not trade because in the Specification menu of the USTECH Index - trade is set at disabled.

Please would someone be able to assist in advising me on how to get it FULL ACCESS.

JamesHC:  trade is set at disabled.
Ask your broker.
 

You either need to ask your broker to enable trading in your account or your broker has another symbol for the Nasdaq index.

Check in MT4/5 >> View >> Symbols.

Navigate to your broker-dealer's website in your web browser and search for "Contact."
