MT4 platform (market tab issues) Please help !

Hi,

Market tab of my mt4 platform is giving me problems.

When ever I tried to select it, it freezes every time. 

I removed it completely from my computer and reinstalled it but still the same problem. Actually now it has become worse because now I can't access my purchases.

Also at mql5.com whenever I access my purchases and click to download, nothing happens.

I am logged into Tools> Options> Community tab also.

I still use Windows 7 professional OS and have had mt4 installed on it for years without any issues in the past.

Your Windows 7 is 32-bit or 64-bit?

Go to Internet Options, Advanced tab - make sure TLS 1.2 is checked.

Make sure you have Internet Explorer-11 installed.

 

As far as I know - the support for Windows 7 was stopped for Metatrader some time ago.

Many traders are using MQL5 VPS , and this VPS is having a lot of advantadges, for example - the traders do not lose activations when they  migrate/synhronize their MT4/MT5 environment to MQL5
