Ask to the author.
Uninstall your MT5 terminal and the download and install the latest MT5 build from your broker's website.
Then login into your MQL5 account in MT5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community with your frusso1980 login and go to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases to install your utility.
If you still can't use it properly, check the Journal tab of your MT5 terminal for any errors and contact the author/seller for help and support, as Alain already suggested.

Hi,
I bought this Forex Trade Manager for my MT5, was working well, till last week. Now this app on MT5 is blocking me and doesn't allow me to make any operation and forcing me to close the MT5. It is not working now on MT5. How it can be solved, Can I used now?
