Ghost trading and account manipulation.

Hi Folks

I have been trading in Cape Town, with Lev Capital, Namir Trade and Swiffy Technology and I have caught them with their hands in the cookie jar. I have filmed my screen in real time and recorded many ghost trades. It has been a head scratching situation that no matter what profits I made, my equity kept going down. So, after becoming suspicious and also with some insider information I began watching my trades and sure enough, positions were magically appearing and disappearing on my trading account.

Then on the netflix stock split, it was explained to me like this. For every share of netflix I had, it would be multiplied by ten and then divided by 25 which would give me a share price of $4.62 for netflix. I listened and I took positions on the 13th and 14th November and then on the 17th, withing about 30 seconds after the market opened, my account was cleared out with two big losses of $156K and close to 9K. They told me that it was a glitch with Cloudfare and that I had nothing to worry about and I had not lost any money. On the 18th, I am watching my trades and exactly what took place the day before took place again. My screen was suddenly full of trades. Netflix, Gold and US100 going insane and then within one minute, all gone except a few small US100 positions. Turns out that this is impossible and I am in profit of just under $100K with them showing a loss of $156 plus nearly 9k. I only invested about $17500 so this does not add up.

Does anyone out there have advice for me to pull every piece of their theft and fraud to pieces. And if anyone has gone through something like this, what did you do and what should I be claiming from them?

Thanks

Craig

A quick web search turned up South Africa FSCA Enforcement Matters.

With that amount of money at stake, you might consider consulting a licensed lawyer in the appropriate jurisdiction. Generally, administrative agency decisions can preempt formal court proceedings. Either way, you're ahead of the game by having documented evidence.

Good luck.
