Creation of a trade copier for MT5 Manager that can pick positions from all accounts under that manager with predefined conditions

I am trying to find a solution where we can build a copier that can be connected to the MT manager and all accounts under that manager can be treated under 
predefined conditions as normal trade copiers do, under some specific pre defined conditions 
if someone has any insight and knowledge please share
