Accounting Structure of MT4 statement

I'd like to know where I can find the accounting details of MT4 statement configuration, namely

• Does the Balance field exclusively reflect deposits, withdrawals, and realized PnL (i.e., actual client money)?

• Is Credit excluded from the Balance and shown only within Equity?

• Is it technically or procedurally possible for a credit facility to appear under the Balance column in the MT4 statement?
