Can't reset my password, current pass word not working.

 
Resetting password requires my current password. I input my current password along with my new password. But mt5 doesn't reset my password. Any idea on how to reset the password.

only reason that would not work is if you have mistyped in the wrong password; just try to change it again; OR you tried to change it during maintenace period.

Try changing it via below instead.

I entered my register email, It accepted the email but the temporarily password never came. I checked both the spam and delete email. it wasn't there.

Check your email on your profile. see if it is what you expect.

I have the same problem, i created account using Google Sign In.

After that I am trying to change the password tried password recovery nothing is working.

It says email is being sent, however its never received checked all folders.

All items are corrected but still don't get email message for update password.

i suggest that you contact the service desk then. But yours are not the only ones with same issue. There is currently at least 1 more thread open just recently with same issue.
