M1 data keep changing

Hello. I added M1 candlestick data to my historical center, but every now and then fewer candlesticks appear than I added. It's a strange phenomenon because it selects some pairs and removes some candlesticks, or removes them completely.
It always removes data from random pairs, so it has nothing to do with the data.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Has this ever happened to you?

Check if it's the same in offline mode.

I used Vetted Prop Firms https://vettedpropfirms.com recently to compare different prop-trading firms and found it genuinely helpful. Their side-by-side breakdowns of payout splits, challenge rules and firm reputations saved me hours of research. It doesn’t replace your own due diligence—but it’s a great starting point.

Yes, that issue sometimes occurs in MetaTrader when the platform automatically re-synchronizes data from the broker’s server. It can overwrite or delete custom-imported M1 candlestick data if the local cache conflicts with the broker’s historical data. To fix this, disable “Auto Update” in the History Center, import the files again, and then immediately save a backup of your .hst and .fxt files. Also, check that your time zones and date formats match. Keeping a separate portable installation prevents MetaTrader from overwriting your manually added historical data.
