Mohamed Youness:
MT5 doesn't have full native support for macOS, so errors often occur when working with dependencies and compiling.
Options that usually work well:
- Parallels Desktop; maximum compatibility and stability (although it's a paid option).
- Crossover (based on Wine, but more polished); allows multiple instances and tends to crash less frequently than pure Wine.

Hi everyone,
I am Youness. I have a quick question regarding how I can download the complete ecosystem including MT5 on MacOS to be able to code robot-advisors and apply my algos on MT5.
I already have the apps with MT5, Cursor, and Anaconda, but when I try to use my terminal to download all dependencies and connect the part, I find error messages every time it comes to downloading the dependencies of MT5 or anything related in connecting MT5 to my codes.
I tried to use a VM and download Microsoft 11 but friends told me it would destroy my computer, and I also tried to use Bootcamp assistant but it is not supported by my Mac version.
Any tips on how I can resolve my issue?
Thanks!!!
