I'm facing trouble starting my recent aquired robot.
I can test it with no problem on MQL5, but when I try to add to my real account, I keep getting the anexed image error.
I'ts in portuguese, but it says: "Activate automatic trading for xxxxxx".
Algotrading is already enabled.
The logs I get are:

Automatic trading needs to be activated,
1- of the EA, when you load it on the chart,
2- In the general settings chart.
Can you make sure both are enabled?
