If you don't, go to your MT4 terminal and logout of your MQL5 account in MT4 >> Tools >> Options >> Community, then restart your MT4 terminal, login into your MQL5 account again and then go to the Terminal window >> Market >> Purchased and check again.
If you still can't see your purchase, you may contact the Service Desk about it.
