Hi

I ordered freelance jobs and I have 2 Kenyan developers accepting job then stop replying. Duration promised time has passed. I requested for arbitration. It’s been 7 days and nothing is happening.

What do I do? I want to get my money unlocked

If you already requested arbitration, note that the team has up to 10 working days to accept the request. The decision itself has no fixed time and depends on the case.

"The term of accepting the arbitration application is 10 working days. The term of making a decision of the arbitration is not regulated and depends on the actual circumstances of the situation in question."

I know it's frustrating, but you'll just need to wait a bit longer. Once reviewed, the funds will be released or refunded depending on the outcome.

Also keep in mind that arbitration may contact both parties, and in a global platform with different time zones and response delays, this often leads to several idle days.
