Error 15 community

Error 15 is coming up when I'm trying to comment in a chat community. I'm having a problem. I'm included in the community, and the admin assigns me permissions to chat. But I can only view community messages; I can't post. The admin is showing an error 15 on my profile.

I do not know about this error -15 anything. I am having timeout errors. And when I have it so I am doing the following:

  • restart router (to get an other IP - because I am having dynamic IP);
  • or wait for 1 day (or 2 days);
  • or use the other internet provider - to get the other IP (I am switching my internet from home internet provider to mobile internet from phone to my computer - just for 1 or 2 days).
