Invalid version name format (Problem)

Please, can someone tell me how to fix this problem? I've tried several formats and none of them work. The problem is persistent and the ServiceDesk chat is taking longer than usual to respond.

Dude, it worked... a simple ".0" solved the problem... it was just "2" and it was showing as wrong. So I put it as "2.0" and it worked. Thank you very much, friend.

If you consider it appropriate, I would appreciate it if you could proceed to close the ticket with the Service Desk.

Go to the following link: https://www.mql5.com/en/users/samuelcavalcanticosta/servicedesk

Click on the relevant ticket. Somewhere on the page (I don’t recall exactly where), you should see an option like "Close" or "Cancel".
