Messages section showing 'Timed out in 10 sec. Error 58'

I was messaging an EA developer when suddenly a message appeared 'Your account has been temporarily banned' and since then I am unable to access the 'Messages' section and it is showing 'Timed out in 10 sec. Error 58'. What is the issue?

When I have "Time Out MQL5 5 Second" error (because I am making the messages in the channel in quick way withiut waiting for example)
so I switch my router off and I use mobile internet for few hours (or for half a day) without any error.
After that I switch the router to be ON and connect to my main internet provider, and everything is fine.
