I need some help:
I tried to validate my account to be able to create signals and trackrecord for my accounts but it was denied with the message below:
Can someone help me how to resend the documents as this option does not open.
I couldn't find any contact for support and I can't talk to anyone via chatbot, it's just a bot sending automatic messages.
I really need the signals and I intend to also sell my signals in the future because I am a quanttrader.
