there is the report you can see if you right click on a closed trade in history tab. But that is not exactly what you want i imagine.

Not exactly, I want to be able to chart the entire history of my account.

then, the answer to your question "is there such an option that will chart the P&L of my account", is no.

There is 3rd party websites that claim to show you p and L, but I proven all of them to be dead wrong many times.

 
If your account is mt4, then, there is a couple free indicators on codebase that show and record live p&L. But none available for mt5
