It was setup for auto renew and then today poof gone. With my robot and my algo’s. No support available.

No idea... I know my credit card is on file. Any idea if I can get the same vps restored?

The auto-renewal option would not take money from your card, you should keep the necessary money in your MQL5 account balance.

You can't get the same VPS restored.
