Hi everyone it's about the MT5 mobile app i can't add my broker since three days. can someone help me with this?

Step-1: contact your broker CS.

 

Let me assume that you have updated you iPhone/iPad to iOS 18.4 beta 1. Apple broke one of the functions in one of the libs in this beta. You have options: you can wait for a fix from Apple, or wait for a fix from the terminal developer, or roll back iOS to 18.3. Terminal build 4870 with the fix will be available soon.

Hahahah ok then I have found the problem... so ios18.4 beta is the problem
 
it does happen sometime for some. Have you tried clearing cache or reinstalling it?

This won't help. Terminals up to and including 4810 won't work in 18.4 beta 1.

did you contact your broker? They are ALWAYS your first point of contact. They are paid to give you support. we are just regular traders and users of mt4/5 like you. This includes most of the moderators being free helpers.

Try searching through a VPN in a different region.
