Can't Place Order on MT4

How do you fix this issue?
I have a Live account with a broker but can't place a New Order.
All of the markets are showing as disabled.
Is your MT4 terminal connected to the live trade server? (See the lower right of your MT4 terminal).
If not, go to File ==> Open an Account ==> Existing account, search/select your broker-dealer's live server, and enter your credentials.
