mt5 market issue

i can't access to mt5 each time I tried to do so the mt5 just disappeared , any of you all how can you help m work that out ?

Try resetting the platform settings:

    1. File menu->Open Data Folder
    2. Double click on "Config" to open the folder
    3. Close the MT5 terminal
    4. Delete the file "terminal.ini" (or rename it)
    5. Restart your PC
